In commemoration of the 56th anniversary of the 1st Congress of the Central Committee of the Central Office for South Vietnam at War Zone D, Vĩnh Cửu Commune, Đồng Nai Province (October 10, 1961 – October 10, 2017), the War Remnants Museum cooperated with the Management Boards of the Dong Nai Relic and the Dong Nai Nature and Culture Reserve in holding an exhibition on “Vietnam - War and Peace” at the South-eastern Region Party Committee Relic from October 9 to October 30, 2017.
The exhibition aimed at educating about peace, revolutionary traditions, and national pride; and arousing patriotism and enthusiasm for dedication of Vietnam’s present and future generations.
At the same time, it was an opportunity for the War Remnants Museum’s Youth Union’s members, and the Management Boards of Dong Nai Monument and the Dong Nai Nature and Culture Reserve to exchange, learn, return to the revolutionary source, and offer incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs who sacrificed for the country’s independence and freedom.
