Residents whose permanent address is listed as Ho Chi Minh City on their Citizen Identification Card
Primary, lower secondary, and upper secondary students holding valid student ID cards issued by schools located within Ho Chi Minh City
This special program is valid for one day only, on Wednesday, May 7, 2025.
