2025 – A YEAR OF SIGNIFICANT HISTORICAL MILESTONES!
The year 2025 will not only be distinguished by several momentous events, including the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of South Vietnam and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 – April 30, 2025) and the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 – September 2, 2025), but it will also mark the 50-year journey of the establishment and development of the War Remnants Museum (September 4, 1975 – September 4, 2025).
In commemoration of this significant milestone, the War Remnants Museum is hosting a photographic competition to commemorate its 50th anniversary.
Eligibility:
Vietnamese citizens, including individuals, author groups, agencies, and organizations -whether professional or non-professional - as well as students and pupils, regardless of age, gender, or profession, and possessing full civil capacity, are all eligible to participate.
Submission Period: March 3, 2025 – May 3, 2025
Awards Structure:
First Prize (1): 5,000,000 VND
Second Prizes (2): 3,000,000 VND each
Third Prizes (3): 2,000,000 VND each
Consolation Prizes (5): 1,000,000 VND each

The results of the contest will be officially announced on June 10, 2025.
The awards ceremony is scheduled to be held on June 17, 2025.
