In spiritual life, books are like an intellectual friend for each of us and reading has long become a necessary need of human society around the world. Appreciating the importance of reading culture, during the 28th session of the United Nations General Assembly in Paris (October 25 - November 16, 1995), UNESCO (Cultural, Educational, Scientific Organization) United Nations University) has decided to choose April 23 every year as "World Book and Copyright Day", which clearly states the goals and participants of the day to honor the the value of books and the contribution of authors to the birth of immortal works.
