The War Remnants Museum has officially introduced an automated ticketing machine, allowing visitors to make non-cash payments and easily print their own tickets.
Step-by-step guide:
Step 1: Press the “Click here to purchase tickets” button.
Step 2: Adjust the number of tickets by pressing the plus (+) or minus (-) button.
Step 3: Tap the “Pay” button in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Step 4: Once the screen displays the “Paid Successfully” button, tap your card or mobile device on the POS machine, then press the “Enter” button (green button) on the POS machine to complete the payment.
When the payment is done successful, the POS machine will print a payment receipt, and the printer on the automated ticketing machine will generate a ticket with a QR code. Visitors can use this QR-coded ticket to pass through the automated entry gate.
Note: Currently, the automated ticketing machine only accepts payments of VND40,000 using all types of bank cards. It does not support QR code transfers or other ticket pricing options.
